A top location! Modern studio apartment that is right on Eyre Square. Smart TV only - NO LOCAL channels, WiFi, electric shower, linens and towels, kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge and sink (no hob/oven), and work space.
This is a perfect spot from which to jump onto the streets of Galway city and explore.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor accessible via stairs, no lift.
Parking: none on site but there are plenty of car parks within walking distance.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €100 will be collected offline prior to your arrival date.
FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
We will collect a refundable security deposit of €100 plus €100 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €80. This will be collected offline.
If you need to do laundry there is a launderette located just off Eyre Square.
The coach and train station are within an 8 minute walk.

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, and soap.
Other things to note: We do not rent to locals and guest must 25 years or older unless travelling with family.
