    Description

    Our water view 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is one of FOUR within the same building. If you have more than six guests please contact us and we will be happy to check the availability on the others.

    Strictly over 25s unless travelling with family.

    Please note: A refundable security deposit of €200 will be collected offline 1 day prior to arrival.

    FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
    We will collect a refundable security deposit of €300 plus €225 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €150. This will be collected offline.

    The apartment is on the first floor (not ground) of a private apartment building with private entrance, and has wonderful views of the water and harbour, a fantastic location. Perfect for executive stays, families, and couples looking for a central base while exploring Galway.

    Finished in a modern, open plan style with warm earth tones of colour the apartment has all the mod cons needed for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware, appliances including a washing machine which has a built in dryer.

    A highlight of this apartment is the window seat which offers views of the harbour. Relax with a glass of wine or curl up with a good book and watch the ships and boat activity. Very relaxing. For those who need to catch up on emails you can setup at our dining bench which has four stools. Connect into our wall USB ports for convenience.

    For your entertainment we have a 40 inch flat screen SMART TV which gives you access to your net channels such Netflix, BBC iPlayer and more.

    A stable internet connection is available which makes it perfect for those who work from home.

    The bedrooms are split between upstairs and downstairs. When you arrive into the apartment there are two double bedrooms downstairs, each has a 4ft x 6 bed and wardrobes. Also on this floor is the bathroom, which has been finished in a modern tile from floor to ceiling, electric shower and some cabinet storage.

    Within a few minutes you can enjoy all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops. This really is a top location for staying in Galway city!

    We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, and laundry tabs.

    If you would like to book tours please contact us and we can offer you the best suggestions for itineraries.

    Please note you are renting in the city so expect some elevated noise. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family

Our apartment is just a few minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and the train station is within a five minute walk.

      Our place is one of FOUR apartments in the same building, side by side, so if you have a larger group please contact us and we can check on the availability of the neighboring apartment.

      This is the second duplex apartment in our building and we like to think this is our homely sunny apartment due to the burnt orange tones and sandy tone wood flooring. Split over two floors there is ample space for spreading out and we have even built a 'nook' with a desk so that you can catch up on emails or relax and read a good book.

      Upstairs is the main living room with over sized comfy sofas, coffee table, SMART TV with access to Netfix, and of course a beautiful comfy window seat so that you can watch the harbour activity. Our dining bench with leather stools is perfect for not only dining but playing some cards or setting up your ipad or laptop as we have wall fitted USB ports for your convenience.

      The kitchen is finished in a beautiful cream high gloss cabinetry, integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob. There is washing machine with built in dyer as well.

      All bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes and luggage racks

      The only other thing to note would be that there are 8 flights of stairs (~65 steps) to ascend to the front door of the property. This may be a consideration for those that having difficulty navigating steps, or if you will be bringing particularly heavy luggage with you.
